Calling all ladies, 12 to 100, no matter your fitness level to join us each Monday evening beginning May 10th from 7 to 8 pm for a workout! This is an opportunity to start new habits for our physical, mental, and spiritual health! We will offer a series of circuit training to motivate you to start your week off right!
