At FBCW Children
Purpose
Serving in a ministry where we provide children opportunities to explore the creative arts such as music, drama, dance, sign language, instruments, art, etc., as they learn to know and worship God.
Description
WAM provides opportunities for people to serve as music teachers, drama teachers, dance teachers, sign language teachers, instrument teachers, art teachers, secretaries, class helpers, setup helpers, set builders, costumes, props, event planners, and volunteer recruiters.
Who are you serving?
WAM serves children from age 3 (as of July 31) through 5th grade.
Requirements
WAM servant leadership requires a love for the Lord and children, and a willingness to help them explore the creative arts such as music, drama, dance, sign language, instruments, art, etc., as they learn to know and worship God.
Some servant leadership positions in specific creative arts areas would require a deeper understanding of that particular medium.
Commitment
For most servant leadership positions, an ongoing weekly commitment is required on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30 September through early May. Some servant leadership positions in specific creative arts areas would only require seasonal involvement.
